Location was good. Breakfast was excellent, but I just wish they varied the menu a little, instead of meatballs everyday. Staff was polite, kind and very helpful. Cleaning people were very considerate when I requested not to be disturbed. I would like to stay here again.

Reception is located at the 2nd floor. Staff would guide you to park at a nearby private parking where you notify the hotel for discounted rates. The hotel offers for your selection different level of hardness pillow with no extra charges. The complimentary breakfast was not bad on taste and variety. that The facility is short walking distance to the Karato Market and nearby Kokura Castle. Located within the edge of the town it is easy walk to shopping centers, shops and restaurants. And right beside the hotel is a convenient shop. How conveni9ent can it gets. There is also a tasty Dandan Ramen restaurant nearby which we visited. Enjoyed every simple bit of the meal.

Great location just off the monorail. Breakfast was ok, not as tasty or as much variety as other times we've stayed

. It's very convenient from the train station, either by monorail or walking. The convenience store on the first floor is a bonus. There's a shrine right behind the hotel.
